Prior to getting my real estate license I spent years as a business executive where I negotiated deals and learned that staying disciplined about the small stuff is what separates a deal that closes from one that falls apart.

In addition to my own background, I am partnered with The Rod Team, a group that has spent more than 50 years combined pricing homes right, marketing them well, and getting people to the closing table without the drama.
